What is the most important thing while visiting the other city weather it is family trip, business trip or friend’s vacation?

Naturally it is comfortable accommodation, where you can feel yourself as homelike as it can be! And preferably in the city center and affordable.

I am glad to welcome You at my place on Rubinstein street – the most restaurant street not only in St. Petersburg, but also in Europe.

The spacious apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building number 38, where from 1887 to 1891 lived Anton Rubinstein-composer, pianist and Director of the St. Petersburg Conservatory.

Moreover from some windows of my rooms you can see the building number 23- where from 1944 to 1975 in one of the rooms of communal apartments lived Soviet and American journalist and writer Sergei Dovlatov. In 2007 on the facade of this building a plaque, dedicated to Dovlatov, has been placed. And in 2016, on the 75th anniversary of the writer, a monument has been opened.

Choosing my accommodation You can decide on the options that suits you more:small cozy rooms for 1 or 2 people or bigger comfortable rooms for a family or a company of 5.

Accommodation in these rooms is just as good as accommodation in mini-hotels because daily cleaning, bed linen and towels, tea and coffee in the cozy kitchen, wi-fi are provided along with hospitality!

I am sure You will appreciate:

  • Convenient location (the center of St. Petersburg, 5 minutes to Nevsky Prospekt, walking distance from the metro, train stations, attractions)
  • Homelike atmosphere (there is everything you need: equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi Fi)
  • Reasonable prices – from 900 rubles per day

Welcome to St. Petersburg!

Yours sincerely,
Sergey Markov, the owner of the apartments
