Rules of «Pilau» economy hotel

Dear guests, please note the following rules:

Booking:

Dear guests! We do our best to consider Your wishes concerning your stay, but please be attentive to the fact that we don’t always have an opportunity to offer You exactly what you want.

Booking is made at prices prevailing at the date of invoice. In case we change prices later (decrease / increase), invoice can’t be recalculated and the difference in cost is not refundable and can’t be taken into account when you make the balance cost of the stay at check-in.

The prepayment for accommodation is obligatory for guaranteed reservation. Prepayment is the cost of 1 night (or 2 nights if you stay with us 5 days or longer). You need to pay before the date indicated in the invoice (the time-limit): via bank transfer or your credit card.

ATTENTION! If you pay via bank transfer, please, specify the number of the invoice. If prepayment is not received ub to the time-limit, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Send us a copy of the check by Fax or e-mail. We will inform you by e-mail when get your prepayment. The rest of sum You can pay at check-in by cash or credit card.

The rest shall be fully paid at check-in at the economy hotel. Otherwise unpaid days room/bed will go on free sale.

Booking without prepayment is non-guaranteed! Please, pay attention that in this case your room/bed is commercially available, and economy hotel can’t guarantee availability at the time of your arrival even if you confirm your arrival every day by phone, email or SMS.

Check-in and staying:

Check-in time – 2:00 PM, check-out – up to 12.00 AM

* Early check-in without extra payments (before 9:00 AM) is possible in case if the hotel has availability on your arrival time. Check-in before 09:00 is charged as 1 night stay.

Guaranteed early check-in in High season and the White Nights season implies payment for 1 more night up to the booked date of arrival.

The economy hotel cannot guarantee check in before 2:00 PM, if early check-in was not pre-booked and paid.

In case if check-in is possible only at 2:00 PM, you can leave your luggage in the luggage-room for free, but using economy hotel facilities (bathrooms, self-service kitchen, guest computers etc.) as well as staying in economy hotel till check-in time (2 p.m.) is not possible. Please, be aware to our rules!

If you want to extend your stay in the economy hotel, you must inform the receptionist and to pay by no later than 12:00 of the current day. We can offer you prolongation only in case we have avaliable rooms.

Smoking and drinking alcohol are prohibited.

Pets are not allowed.

Please notice, that you can’t check-in without documents: VALID passport, visa (if needed for visiting Russia) and migration card (you get it when entering Russia).

The economy hotel is a private area and may refuse accommodation without explanation, even if your booking was prepaid.

Cancellation policy:

For individual guests and small groups (less than 8 persons):

Cancellation of booking/changing dates of stay:

If you cancel/change your booking/reduce the number of days, we will refund the advance payment if the date of cancellation/change is:

- not less than 2 days (48 hours) prior to arrival – if you stay in Low season

- not less than 15 days prior to arrival – if you stay in Middle season, High season or White Nights season.

Reducing dates/number of guests:

If you reduce dates of stay/number of guests in your group, the difference in cost may be refunded or credited as the balance amount for accommodation (if necessary) if changes are made:

- not less than 2 days (48 hours) prior to arrival – if you stay in Low season

- not less than 15 days prior to arrival – if you stay in Middle season, High season or White Nights season.

Departure before the scheduled date:

In case of Departure before the scheduled date the cost of current night and the cost of one more night of staying will be charged. The remaining amount (if any) will be returned to the guest (the way is determined individually in each case).

For groups (8 or more persons):

Cancellation of booking/changing dates of stay:

If you cancel/change your booking/reduce the number of days, we will refund the prepayment if the date of cancellation/change is:

- not less than 10 days prior to arrival – if you stay in Low season

- not less than 20 days prior to arrival – if you stay in Middle season

- not less than 30 days prior to arrival – if you stay in High season or White Nights season.

Reducing dates/number of guests:

If you reduce dates of stay/number of guests in your group, the difference in cost may be refunded or credited as the balance amount for accommodation (if necessary) if changes are made:

- not less than 10 days prior to arrival – if you stay in Low season

- not less than 20 days prior to arrival – if you stay in Middle season

- not less than 30 days prior to arrival – if you stay in High season or White Nights season.

Departure before the scheduled date:

In case of Departure before the scheduled date the cost of current night and the cost of one more night of staying will be charged. The remaining amount (if any) will be returned to the guest (the way is determined individually in each case).

Force majeure:

Parties of the Agreement shall be exempt from responsibility for partial or complete default of its obligations under this Agreement if it was the result of circumstances of force majeure (natural disasters, acts of war, government decisions, accidents of various systems of gas, water, heat, electricity, repair of roads and communications capital or cosmetic repairs of buildings and constructions held by the city programs, approved by the Government, St. Petersburg), which the parties could not foresee or prevent by reasonable measures.
